Companies In the USA to Be Wary Of Third Edition
There were several trash companies who were handed the job of collecting the mortgages of the many failed banks and various mortgage lending entities. Of the many here are two of which personal discourse has occurred with the writer. They are SETERUS PO Box 2008 Grand Rapids MI. 49501-2008 and OCWEN PO Box 24646 West Palm Beach, FL 33416-4646. The phone numbers of SETERUS 866-570-5277 OCWEN phone number 800-746-2936. You can do a search on both of these companies and see the many complaints. These loans were taken from very good companies First Tennessee Bank, GMAC, and many others of similar substance. This occurred under the Obama administration, but in all fairness it would have happened whoever was the "so called" elected President. All Presidents in the corrupt USA do as they are told. So this writer is not blaming this President exclusively, as he is merely being the token puppet like a good fellow. To attempt to do otherwise would result in the person being "KENNEDYIZED" in other words a bullet through the head. This has always been a highly efficient tool in keeping elected officials in line. This actually happened in Missouri this past year, the sitting State Auditor one Tom Schweich was found with a bullet to his head just hours before he was to give an interview with some news people. He had been an outspoken person concerning corruption in Missouri, actually making the statement, all of the elected officials in Jefferson City are corrupt. His death was investigated by the equally corrupt Missouri State Highway Patrol and you guessed it, it was most surely a "Suicide." Back to the main topic, Ocwen in their early stages of power tried the usual antics, attempting to say payments were late and improper posting of the amounts. A letter from an attorney and they quickly came about. The trash Seterus still persists in their devious ways of stealing. They too tried the late payment posting even though the payments were made three weeks early, they also miss posted payments to attempt to get late charges. There had always been double payments made before the takeover of the good companies, Seterus did not understand how to handle the extra amounts, eventually the double payment had to be stopped. They then every year would try to say the insurance had not been paid and attempt to add on their own company insurance. Seterus had been relatively quiet for the past few months but now have decided to attempt to generate more cash flow. They are back to their original trick of saying no payment was received and now you owe double payments. This time in their incompetent attempt they had already sent out the proper bill from last month and so have once again proven their obvious attempts to steal legally.
Now where should this take place, why in no other state than the fifth ranked most corrupt state in the United Fascist States Of Dumerica, good old Red Neck Missouri, still trying to take first place from Kentucky, which borders Missouri. What a honor to be considered Most Corrupt! The usual complaint was made to the state attorney general, "Little" Christine Chris Koster. This will be the usual futile letter from which there will be no response forthcoming as the writer has been placed on a list of people who actually have real issues and therefore should be ignored. After all, most attorney generals are simply interested in using the office as a legitimate means to be placed in office of governor. Missouri has been on the radar of some wealthy one per centers, notably the Oracle, none other than Warren Buffet. Old Warren has been busy buying up car dealerships and at least one real estate company in Springfield, the old defunct Carol Jones Real Estate Company. Now there was your classic example of snake oil salesmanship. Naturally it would appeal to Mr. Buffet. There will be more on this real estate company later on. This company was involved in some dealing with the then attorney general, one William Webster and one John Youngblood. Mr. Webster went to jail and Jones and Youngblood slipped away into the night.
Seterus and Ocwen are both simple bill collectors with no knowledge of real estate law, their bills actually say we are a collection agency. Imagine having your mortgages given to a low life collection agency! This is the corrupt USA where anything goes. Most of these mortgages are owned by the entities commonly known as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Most Americans had been taught over the years that these two companies were parts of the government, all lies fed to the public. They are in fact private agencies, they were supposed to be taken over by the US government but this did not happen. Then at the end of the trail 90% of these loans are actually owned by Chase Manhattan, imagine that. Seterus and Ocwen collectively have helped steal the properties from countless individuals, many are poor people and simply have given up and let them steal. They were just beaten down and could not afford an attorney. Such is the plight of poor people. When the payoffs get down to less than three years these Bastards double up on their efforts to steal the houses. This writer has informed both of these companies that he possess a current and valid Federal Firearms License, do you remember the old western, Have Gun, Will Travel?

Companies In The USA To Be Wary Of Second Edition
December 11 2015 Insurance Companies-Bottom Feeders
There are many businesses in the US that sell insurance, of the many these are some of which the writer has had personal experience. This writer only writes of things of which he has personal experience. The company, Allied Insurance, an affiliate of the giant Nationwide Insurance Company recently refused to continue the insurance on a property. The reason stated was there was some peeling paint on some cedar trim around one window. Apparently their "Bean Counters" did not realize some people pay extra for cedar trim. This is their right to cancel for any reason as there are no rules or regulations concerning these companies. They however decided to bill for an unknown fee of $15.00 for some imaginary reason. This is not a great deal of money, most people would have simply sent them the check or a credit card payment. However there is a small thing called principle involved here. This particular insurance was totally paid for a year ago in full so there could be no cause for the new billing since the company chose to not reissue the policy. They sent a threating letter with the bill warning the person of impending calls from a collection agency and a possible immense drop in the persons credit rating. The same company refuses to insure houses which have asbestos siding on them. This is an extremely large part of the older homes in the US. This is also their right. There was a follow up on the $15.00 charge. This being on January 12, 2016 from a Jason Miller, Senior Analyst from Nationwide. He states the $15.00 charge was a late fee which was billed in advance for being late before the policy was set to renew. Think about this, late fee billed before the bill was due, amazing, I never heard that one before. I did not realize you could be late before a bill is due. He said since they cancelled the policy there would be no late payment due, how gracious of him. I can assure you if the policy had been cancelled by the client , say a few months early there would have been no refund for the unused time. Any other insurance company would return any unused moneys. This is Nationwide however, on its way to being the most corrupt insurance company in the US. Potential buyers of their services use extreme caution in your business deals.
In their ads they always say, Nationwide is on your side. Nothing could be farther from reality. Nationwide is on the side of Nationwide as is all insurance companies. The company American Family also will not insure homes with peeling paint on the trim, but American Family goes one better. If your house cannot be seen from the road they cannot insure it. The theory being your neighbor cannot see if your place catches on fire. Apparently it is the job of your neighbor to sit and watch your home for sign of fire. Since they are usually referring to trees blocking the view of your property I would surmise the trees might hide you from the roving eye of the rare tornado. This might be a good thing also thieves might not see your property as well. Who knows what the minds of these companies will come up with next. Then there is the "Like A Good Neighbor, State Farm Is There." Yes they sure are, just do not have to many "Acts Of God" as they will promptly cancel you. It does not matter if you had been with them for twenty five years and no claims. If they have to pay out on you, you will be history. I would surmise the highly educated people at State Farm have decided if you have "Acts Of God" claims then you are not living right. You must not be right with "God." Therefore you must change your ways, maybe in ten years or so if you have lived properly and have not had any claims inspired by divine intervention we might take you back, maybe.
Then there is the famous talking lizard insurance company, good old Geico, another of the side businesses of the Oracle, Mr. Warren Buffet. Apparently the concept of a talking lizard is supposed to instill extreme confidence in people who purchase insurance. It would seem they are appealing to the dumbed down part of American society, which in present times is a huge part of regular citizens.
Then there is good old Flo, heavyset person telling the virtues of Progressive insurance. Apparently she is meant to appeal to the "large" citizens prevalent in the US today. See, it is fine to be eighty pounds overweight and go on the idiot tube and hawk insurance. Some of these paid spokespeople for the insurance industry reminds me of the carnival "Barkers" of the old days, attempting to draw in the suckers. When most of the corrupt American states passed legislation to force its citizens to purchase auto insurance it was supposedly to protect the consumer from people without insurance. It was simply another ploy to take more of their money, there are still many who drive without insurance, occasionally they will get fined for this lapse. Elected officials in the Fascist US have never done any legislation exclusively for the good of the unwashed masses. Any laws passed were to pad their pockets. Back to good old Flo, she promotes the "Name Your Price Tool' another imaginary item and the plug in apparatus, that goes under your dash to show you how much you are saving. Commercials like these really insult me and I would hope the few out there who still have some working grey matter in their mostly empty skulls. The dumbing down of the US continues, this writer just recently was informed that in the schools these days they no longer teach actual writing as in what we used to call longhand, then later it was called cursive. Now the computer writes for them, what complete ignorance! Many people cannot count out change from a cash transaction, many simply cannot use cash when making a purchase. It makes one wonder how these people would exist if there were a massive failure of the electrical grid with so much dependency on computerized gadgets.

Medical Companies Of Dubious Business Ethics
To any and all interested parties: The insurance companies of Symphonix Health Insurance and OptumRx aka United Health Group. Neither of these entities are to be trusted.
A sixty one year old female in Missouri bought into the great scheme of so called drug insurance. So called a scheme because the insurance companies conspired with the highly corrupt US Congress to implement this travesty on the trusting citizens of America. The insurance companies would accept payment from the government to pay certain amounts of citizens drug charges. In turn the huge drug companies could set their rates at any amount they saw fit. Congress would look the other way and allow the citizens to be robbed. In turn the thieves of the US Congress would be paid handsomely, typical business in the Fascist state of America.
The president of Symphonix one Arthur Carlos was not available for any response to the debacle his company was to embark on. His Vice President of operations one Kathleen Cortez operated under the cloak of utter contempt for the people who used their service. The problem concerning this Missouri female arose when the large drug companies decided to raise her monthly medications to triple what they were when she started with the drug insurance company. This of course did not sit well with the insurance company. They were paying out more than they had contracted with the corrupt US government and as such were losing money on the female . Symphonix uses a company called OptumRx to check their drug payouts, their job is to limit the drugs a person uses. They do this by contacting the doctor of the insured. They then commence to threaten the doctor and attempt to intimidate by way of sending out threating letters. The doctor will usually bow down and do as the insurance company requests or they will drop the patient. This is a classic case of the insurance company playing doctor. This was reported to Symphonix, Arthur Carlos was to involved doing whatever presidents of companies do so his female Kathleen Cortez intervened. Her haughty response was "Do as our entity OptumRx says or face non payment". As stated before OptumRx is owned by United Health Group, one of the worst insurance companies in the US today, famous for denying claims and hiking up rates and denying benefits. Again typical business in the corrupt US. It is odd AARP worships United Health Group, perhaps worships is to strong a word. They may utilize them because they pay off AARP better than other insurance companies would. I have always doubted that AARP was for the elderly, more likely AARP is for executives at AARP.
The Missouri female was forced to drop the insurance in order to stop the harassment of her doctor. For the record Good Doctors in Missouri are as rare as the unicorn, so if you find one keep them if at all possible. In realty many people with drug insurance never use the service, however they are taught from the beginning you should get this, you might need it. And as long as you do not cost the insurance company very much or maybe nothing you will be okay. The addresses of Symphonix personnel were not readily available for publication, it is possible they may not even be US citizens, this being Arthur Carlos and Kathleen Cortez.
This being said I would encourage citizens to use due diligence and be very wary of drug insurance companies operating in the US today.

On an end note, the overall drug production of Opium in Afghanistan stood at 7% of the worlds requirements before the US invaded this country. The overall production of Afghanistan Opium in 2015 now stands at 97% of the worlds requirements. The price of Morphine has tripled in the large drug companies distribution in the corrupt US. I would suggest this huge increase directly ties in with the presence of US troops and US equipment being used to ferry this raw product out of the country. People And Or Companies One should Use Caution In A Business Transaction With Them
The following details are for the protection of the unwary people existing out there.
If you are contacted by mail by someone you do not know or have never heard of one should use extreme caution. There are several companies who send out mailing to the general public expressing a so called desire to purchase your property. Most of these people are simply touring the tax records in your area and sending out letters in a random fashion. Their goal is to purchase your property at far below the current value of the property. They will pretend to be trained in the art of giving a fair appraisal, trained to pull a con on you. in todays completely depressed housing market there are many such swindlers working at any given day. There are examples such as uglyhouse.com and one other that has recently arrived on the scene. In the state of Missouri there are two large hospitals Cox Health and Mercy aka St. Johns. These entities on a regular basis utilize billing techniques which are completely designed to cheat their patients. This is performed primarily on older citizens as they are sometimes more easily intimidated into paying. Even though they know the people have insurance they will bill the patient direct without billing the insurance company. By using pressure on these people they will sometimes get them to pay and the people do not actually owe the amount billed. This is especially true when it involves Medicare, as the payback is lower with Medicare. They have at times actually turned the patients over to collections without actually sending out a single bill. They simply utilize calls on telephone to threaten the people. Both entities Cox and Mercy have been caught stealing millions from Medicare, nothing is ever done as stealing is part of American culture. These large corporations have the same power to detain American citizens against their will, for as long as them deem necessary. This being to pad their bill, this came about after the 911 nonsense, now these large companies have the same power as FEMA and the Red Cross, to detain citizens against their will. Most Americans are unaware of the far reaching power these establishments now possess. Most citizens still believe they actually have "Rights". There is actually no government agency you can complain to as it all falls under the umbrella of Homeland Security. There are actual detention camps already set up in Missouri to house American citizens. One camp is in Fort LeonardWood Army facility and another is in or close to a Air Force base near to Kansas City Missouri, this being the so called closed base of Richards-Gebaur, located south of Kansas City. For most people in the areas concerning these large hospitals they are at their mercy, no pun intended. All of the doctors were forced to work for these companies when the large units started taking over the health industry. Make no mistake in the US health care is simply a business where the bottom line is all that is important, the good of the patient be dammed.
Cox Health encounter:
On or about 5/11/2015 a senior citizen entered a division of Cox system for an ultra sound to be performed. The first thing the admitting department ask for is a picture I.D. and a copy of insurance card or facsimile of same. They process these items before going any farther. The test was completed although not without some degree of difficulty. It seemed the person performing the test was not very proficient at this procedure and subsequently had to acquire the assistance of an older employee. After an elongated process they Cox employees were satisfied with their results, apparently this was a training procedure for the first employee. At this point it appeared to be a proper procedure, the test results were sent to the requesting doctor and in good time the results were made available to the patient.
The patient waited for the resulting bill to be sent to him for him to pay. There was never a bill sent to the patient, instead he started receiving phone calls requesting payment. This is normal operating procedure for Cox Health and Mercy aka St. Johns. Cox knew full well this patient was a Medicare patient and they knew his age, 65, their procedure is to try to intimidate these older citizens into paying their bill before allowing Medicare to pay their end. Medicare does not pay the total amount commonly billed by these thieves and it is more profitable to fleece the senior citizens for the entire inflated amount. Many times this works as many seniors are getting slow in the mind and worry about these people taking their homes and the like. Many seniors have been programmed into believing this nonsense and so wind up paying these thieves. I would compare these thieves to the Cancer Treatment Centers Of America one of the largest con artists in the medical profession, if you want to call it a profession.
The elderly patient still has his facilities and they appear to be working just fine. He wrote to the CEO of Cox Health a Steve Edwards and received a form letter of sorts thinking the man for his ,as Mr. Steve called it a "Spirited Correspondence" and forwarded it to another section of the corporation. This being a David Strong VP and Jake McWay Sr VP Chief Financial Officier. There was no response from either of these individuals, however there was a form response from a Paul Weaver Director Patient Financial Services Cox Health. Whew, what a lot of highly paid , and I am sure overworked fellows. In checking the first two they apparently spend a lot of time on the golf course as they live in a golf community a place called Rivercut. The listed address of Steve Edwards is 5976 S. Parkhaven Ln. Springfield MO and the address of Paul Weaver is 6292 S. Weatherwood TRL also of Springfield MO. These highly paid gentlemen are passing this off as a simple matter of the senior citizen not having had his current information updated, as though it was the responsibility of the older man to enter the business directory of Cox Health and update his records. This was the very first visit to Cox Health and so there was no old records to update for this senior citizen. This matter has now been as they say, dealt with and buried in the never ending piles of useless paperwork involving Cox Health Systems.
These large companies will continue on doing this same act to other elderly people, there are no consumer watchdogs in the corrupt state of Missouri. In all likelihood they will continue to attempt to collect from this older man regardless of what they collect from Medicare. The legal organized companies like these took lessons from the Mafia of the old days, they are just lacking the broken kneecaps and other forms of torture.

In the state of Missouri there are two large hospitals Cox Health and Mercy aka St. Johns. These entities on a regular basis utilize billing techniques which are completely designed to cheat their patients. This is performed primarily on older citizens as they are sometimes more easily intimidated into paying. Even though they know the people have insurance they will bill the patient direct without billing the insurance company. By using pressure on these people they will sometimes get them to pay and the people do not actually owe the amount billed. This is especially true when it involves Medicare, as the payback is lower with Medicare. They have at times actually turned the patients over to collections without actually sending out a single bill. They simply utilize calls on telephone to threaten the people. Both entities Cox and Mercy have been caught stealing millions from Medicare, nothing is ever done as stealing is part of American culture. These large corporations have the same power to detain American citizens against their will, for as long as them deem necessary. This being to pad their bill, this came about after the 911 nonsense, now these large companies have the same power as FEMA and the Red Cross, to detain citizens against their will. Most Americans are unaware of the far reaching power these establishments now possess. Most citizens still believe they actually have "Rights". There is actually no government agency you can complain to as it all falls under the umbrella of Homeland Security. There are actual detention camps already set up in Missouri to house American citizens. One camp is in Fort LeonardWood Army facility and another is in or close to a Air Force base near to Kansas City Missouri, this being the so called closed base of Richards-Gebaur, located south of Kansas City. For most people in the areas concerning these large hospitals they are at their mercy, no pun intended. All of the doctors were forced to work for these companies when the large units started taking over the health industry. Make no mistake in the US health care is simply a business where the bottom line is all that is important, the good of the patient be dammed.
Cox Health encounter:
On or about 5/11/2015 a senior citizen entered a division of Cox system for an ultra sound to be performed. The first thing the admitting department ask for is a picture I.D. and a copy of insurance card or facsimile of same. They process these items before going any farther. The test was completed although not without some degree of difficulty. It seemed the person performing the test was not very proficient at this procedure and subsequently had to acquire the assistance of an older employee. After an elongated process they Cox employees were satisfied with their results, apparently this was a training procedure for the first employee. At this point it appeared to be a proper procedure, the test results were sent to the requesting doctor and in good time the results were made available to the patient.
The patient waited for the resulting bill to be sent to him for him to pay. There was never a bill sent to the patient, instead he started receiving phone calls requesting payment. This is normal operating procedure for Cox Health and Mercy aka St. Johns. Cox knew full well this patient was a Medicare patient and they knew his age, 65, their procedure is to try to intimidate these older citizens into paying their bill before allowing Medicare to pay their end. Medicare does not pay the total amount commonly billed by these thieves and it is more profitable to fleece the senior citizens for the entire inflated amount. Many times this works as many seniors are getting slow in the mind and worry about these people taking their homes and the like. Many seniors have been programmed into believing this nonsense and so wind up paying these thieves. I would compare these thieves to the Cancer Treatment Centers Of America one of the largest con artists in the medical profession, if you want to call it a profession.
The elderly patient still has his facilities and they appear to be working just fine. He wrote to the CEO of Cox Health a Steve Edwards and received a form letter of sorts thinking the man for his ,as Mr. Steve called it a "Spirited Correspondence" and forwarded it to another section of the corporation. This being a David Strong VP and Jake McWay Sr VP Chief Financial Officier. There was no response from either of these individuals, however there was a form response from a Paul Weaver Director Patient Financial Services Cox Health. Whew, what a lot of highly paid , and I am sure overworked fellows. In checking the first two they apparently spend a lot of time on the golf course as they live in a golf community a place called Rivercut. The listed address of Steve Edwards is 5976 S. Parkhaven Ln. Springfield MO and the address of Paul Weaver is 6292 S. Weatherwood TRL also of Springfield MO. These highly paid gentlemen are passing this off as a simple matter of the senior citizen not having had his current information updated, as though it was the responsibility of the older man to enter the business directory of Cox Health and update his records. This was the very first visit to Cox Health and so there was no old records to update for this senior citizen. This matter has now been as they say, dealt with and buried in the never ending piles of useless paperwork involving Cox Health Systems.
These large companies will continue on doing this same act to other elderly people, there are no consumer watchdogs in the corrupt state of Missouri. In all likelihood they will continue to attempt to collect from this older man regardless of what they collect from Medicare. The legal organized companies like these took lessons from the Mafia of the old days, they are just lacking the broken kneecaps and other forms of torture.

Fascist State-Missouri Eminent Domain Legal Theft By Fascist Laws June 6 2015
This is another small event in the continual demise of the so called freedoms in the United Fascist States Of Dumerica.
This matter started in the year 2011. The City Of Springfield Missouri located in the USA decided to seize the property of several property owners on a street called National Street. All of the people involved settled for the amount the city decided to give them for their property, except for two land owners. The citizens who refused to be pushed were Leonard G. Jones and Brenda K. Jones and Martha J. Arnold and Ronald L. Arnold, these people are not related nor do they know each other. The City Of Springfield proceeded to utilize their usual strong arm tactics in dealing with citizens and simply sent by mail an envelope containing the documents and a form to sign to receive the amount the city had decided on. The Jones citizens simply ignored the demand made by the city. After a few such letters and no reply from the Jones household, the city employee a Paul D. Blees, the Right-Of- Way Supervisor made an unannounced visit to the Jones household. This particular house is located in the middle of the forest, unable to be seen from the highway. Mr. Blees drove to the house, exited his vehicle in an aggressive manner and approached the house. He rang the doorbell and started knocking on the door, alerting the six dogs inside the house and bringing the lady of the house to the door. He yelled at her through the door "Have your husband sign these papers and get them back to us'" Mr. Blees happened to have a city insignia on the door of his vehicle, this was fortunate given the secluded area of the property. The lady of the house was alone and the house is protected by large quantities of military style ordinance. This is how situations get out of hand , but in this severely oppressed country the usurpers are accustomed to "Having their way with the citizens."
The next order of business in this matter was the entry of State Licensed Appraiser, one Norma J. Vinson, business address 2049 E. Cherry Springfield MO 65802. Ms. Vinson mailed a letter to the Jones household indicating she was going to make an appraisal of the property in question. Ms. Vinson stated she would be at the address on May 28, 2012 at 11:15 A.M. to view the property. However the address Ms. Vinson was going to view did not exist, her letter stated the address to be 2438 N. National Ave. Apparently she was going to appraise a non existent property. She in fact did this procedure in an apparent drive by of said property, which is entirely legal in this corrupt state. In fact a real appraisal involves an in depth and personal examination of property both inside and outside and measurements of the same. Without an actual hands on examination of the property no accurate figure could be arrived at. This is typical behavior of a Fascist society.
The suit for condemnation of the property was filed on 11-29-2012 in the 31st Judicial in Greene County Missouri. The case #1231-CV16662 assigned to one Michael J. Cordonnier in the 31st Judicial. The cause and the petition was delivered to the Greene County Sheriff for delivery of said petition. In the highly corrupt State of Missouri personal service was rendered unnecessary back in the year 2006, front ran by the senator from Missouri, now State Attorney General "Christine" Chris Koster. Mr. Koster walked the entire Missouri Senate through this highly irregular bill designed to deprive citizens of their right to have personal service of a suit. Now all the government entities have to do is post the filing of the suit in a paper called Dailey Events. Also no government entity has to pay filing fees in these cases. Private citizens have to pay for personal service and court fees in all of their cases filed in Missouri.
The petition was filed for the City Of Springfield by attorney, Sarah Elizabeth Kerner. Defendant Jones couple filed numerous motions, Change of Judge, Change of Venue, Motion to Dismiss, Right of Discovery, and Motion to Quash Motion to Appoint Guardian AD Liten. All motions by the Jones defendants were unable to be heard by the new sitting judge, one "Magic" Mark Fitzsimmons of the Division 23 in Greene County Missouri. Actually one motion was allowed, the change of judge. Apparently "Magic" Mark is the "Go To" in Greene County in matters such as these. As matters proceeded the other defendants settled with the City Of Springfield for whatever the city had decided on. This left the Jones couple as the only holdout.
The Jones defendants held no opinion of actual justice being handed down in this matter as they had researched the "Legal Theft" by way of Eminent Domain and knew the eventual outcome. This was simply a way to force the corrupt city to go through the motions of actual law proceedings. Eventually the court appointed three Commissioners to hand a value of the property to the court. There were three more friends of the City Of Springfield, Paul Dizmang, Kirk Heyle, and Steve Jackson. They would appear to be more "Friends Of Springfield." They also performed a "Drive-By" of the property, again no actual observation of the property was necessary in order to arrive at a fair market value of the subject property. They must have taken lessons from the corrupt Greene County Appraiser "Little" Rick Kessinger, as this is how his office makes property valuation in the county for the purpose of billing for taxes.
The fees charged by the three Commissioners was $2275.00, I would surmise split three ways, not bad money for driving down the street and looking out the car window. They completely agreed with the first appraiser Norma Vinson as to property value. The City Of Springfield and "Magic" Mark agreed upon the amount of $800.00 to be what the value of the property in question was worth. Then add the fees of Norma Vinson plus whatever else they had to offer up to various "Individuals" who knows how much it actually cost them.
The matter could have been resolved in the beginning if they had not used their Gestapo technique of land grabbing. The Jones defendants would have settled for $1500.00 saving the city and county an estimated $7000.00 However in a Fascist society saving money is not the most important factor. Teaching the public to bow down is the primary goal. In a corrupt society there needs to be examples of how much power these corrupt cities and states have. They would have spent much more if need be. If the corrupt leaders need more money they simply steal from the citizens or print more money. At the end there was a change of attorney for the city, one Rhonda Elaine Lewsader, One can only surmise what became of the first attorney Sarah Elizabeth Kerner.
The Jones couple indicated they would repeat the decision in the future if it should once again arise, knowing full well the end result of becoming another footnote in the steady decline of the so called freedoms of American citizens. Someone, sometimes have to attempt to keep the government thieves from all out unchecked theft.

Jackson County Missouri Corrupt Attorney Richard S. Hoffman
The year approximately 1976-1977, the following is a account of the business dealing surrounding Richard Hoffman "Rick" as know to most people. Rick was a very personable man, early thirties, well groomed, sexy to a point. He had not been practicing very long. He was in a two man office calling itself Grimes and Hoffman, they were a limited partnership, in Blue Springs Missouri, they were moderately successful. Rick had a lovely wife and two children, had purchased a new car, either a Cadillac or a Mercedes. He had a following of actual court house Groupies, this writer did not realize attorneys had followers like this. Richard had one serious flaw other than women, he developed a love for the "Snow Train", he rode this train with much gusto. He enjoyed his new found triumphs. Eventually the price of the train ride became more than his fees collected from clients and he started to steal from client's accounts and from the firm. His work also suffered in his ability to represent his clients. He started making mistakes in day to day operations, costing his clients in their individual cases. His reputation got to the point to where the opposing attorneys would insert female attorneys into their cases to run distraction on Rick. Coke and Vagina had once again contributed to the downfall of someone who should have had a successful career. Richard represented a young couple during this time, whereas the couple were involved in a deal with a "House Builder" from Independence Missouri. This being Harvey L. Stockton, married to Nancy, the father of two children, son Wade and a small daughter. Harvey at this time lived on East 36th St Terrace, Independence Missouri, very close to 15910 East 36th St; Terrace. Harvey was a drywall man for some time, then decided to build as it was easier than actual working. He had started a house for the couple and it became time for him to go on vacation. He disappeared to Canada with his good friend, George Jackson, a loan officer at Blue Valley Federal Savings and Loan. Blue Valley at one time was very profitable, then they became overran with trash like Jackson and eventually went under as did many savings and loans during this time. When Harvey returned from vacation he proceeded to start back to work on the young couple's home. During his absence the basement had been poured without proper supervision and it had cracked, the young couple decided to seek other professional help to finish the home. Stockton would not give them a bill to pay him for his work thus far. His friend at Blue Valley refused to release any of the funds for the couple to finish the house, until in George's words " His good friend Harvey was settled with". Of course they could not settle with Harvey without release of their funds. A catch 22. Ultimately Harvey filed a mechanics lien on the property effectively stopping the couple from any farther work on the house. Enter Rick Hoffman, ace attorney, lover of women and regular passenger on the "Snow Train". The firm representing Stockton selected a young female to go head to head with Rick. The end result Rick signed a paper with the attorney without the knowledge of the young couple and they subsequently lost their house. This was the only loan the couple could find, as they had spent several thousand on purchasing the lot to build on. This was at Raintree Lake in Lees Summit Missouri.
Richard was later disbarred and left the state, losing his wife and two beautiful children. Allegedly he moved to San Antonio Texas and was working for a firm called Data Point, this according to his partner Larry Grimes. Larry later retired and moved to Puerto Rico, apparently a choice of several people who wanted to get away.

Corruption In Jackson County Missouri
In keeping with exposing the corrupt and malevolent actions taking place in this state and this country we will jump back a few years. The year is 1976, the place Blue Springs Missouri, at the time a small sleepy village due East of Kansas City, which was just beginning to experience growing pains. In order to move more people the government was making what they called Agriculture Loans to people of less means. This area became an area of people who were less affluent and more of a mixed society. Now on one street called North Fourth Street Court, a cul-de-sac, or a street closed at one end, many times ending in a circle of sorts. On this street there were three families which for one reason or another were involved in a feud of sorts. These families consisted of a family named Garcia which had two families living there, two brothers and their children, only one had a wife. One other family named Forest and a Jones household. The matter escalated to the point of near violence. The Forest family had a daughter who possessed an exceptionally large chest, she was being dated by an older boy from Independence who considered himself somewhat something of a stud. The feud was surrounding the children, the older Mexican Garcia boy was jealous of the younger Jones boy as the Jones boy was extremely good looking and a very talented athlete even at his very young age. The attempted bullying included the Garcias, Forests, and other children on the street. The Jones boy could hold his own, this did not sit well with the Mexican family or the Forest family. Now the stud from Independence on one of his trips to drop off the Forest girl decided to chase the Jones boy into his own driveway with his car, coming very close to the boy. The other families were outside laughing, watching this . This seems to be typical behavior within groups of people of sub standard education or intelligence. The Jones family pressed charges as they had witnessed the encounter. The Independence boy was arrested and a court date was set. The Jones family kept calling to get the time and actual date of the case. The police department of Blue Springs would not give them the date and time, therefore the case was thrown out for failure to prosecute. This was the first encounter the Jones family had with the corruption police in the state of Missouri, however it would not be the last. So ended the first saga.
The situation continued and the Jones boy and the Garcia boy eventually came to blows, the Mexican did not come out on the winning end of the altercation. Eventually there was a meeting called with the male heads of the three families and the Blue Springs police force. The intervening "officer" was Raymond "Taco" Vasquaz, yes another Mexican. How strange in such a small town back in 1976, that the Jones family would draw a "officer" of this race. When the meeting took place the Mexican Vascquaz, for some reason excused himself and left the room, locking the door behind him. He left the Jones man alone in a room with two Mexican Garcia's and the Forest man. The three proceeded to threaten the Jones man. This verbal abuse went on for a good five minutes clearly this was planned in advance. When "Taco" returned he proceeded to speak to the room, clearly speaking to the Jones man, telling him there could be tires cut, windows broken out, house siding damaged, and his wife might get frightened. All of these bad things could happen unless the situation was settled down. The Jones family decided to stand down and put their house up for sale. But even here the insanity did not stop, the kids of the other households would come over and harass the real estate people when they were showing the house. The property eventually sold, no thinks to the people on the street or the Blue Springs police department. The police chief at this time was a Chief Brown, he made no effort to do his job at all. At this time the Jones family realized they would have to protect themselves as the police could not be depended on. Since then the husband and wife have purchased numerous military ordinance, both small arms and ammo, even to the point of purchasing a FFL license. They decided this situation would never again be placed upon them. I would imagine this has happened thousands of times across this extremely corrupt country. I would surmise this pales in comparison to many other situations.
