Since the Orange Faced "Polezni Durak" has made it perfectly fine to do business with Russia or just any person or country in general I have some good old American property up for sale. This is just the sad way this country has fallen and the absolute corrupt in this country are the ones who are getting RICH. You can do your own research on this area to verify the vast possibilities which currently are available to folks who know how to run such businesses as the ones mentioned. To be very honest most of the USA is in dire straits and ready to be shored up by any person or country or any sort of Business. Missouri is staying true to its number five most corrupt rating in the US. It is still unable to move up in the ratings. It is possible with the recent debacle involving the Governor of the state one Eric Greitens over two separate felony charges the rating may edge up to number four. The now ex-governor resigned over the charges and the charges were completely dropped. See how this works, if you are rich or connected in the Fascist USA you can get away with anything. He has been replaced by yet another Republican one Mike Parsons. I would suggest he should be watched closely also. Missouri is almost completely in Trump's back pocket as are many of the less educated states.

In the continuing process of making the highly corrupt USA a completely Fascist state the government has enacted its latest endeavor to subjugate its population. Without any press attention or reaction from the extremely corrupt "elected" Senators and Representatives the Surgeon General, one Vivek H. Murthy M.D. has set forth the demise of people in the US having the ability to acquire pain relief. The strongest pain medication now allowed, regardless of the person's condition is 90 MME of morphine per day. Now as anyone who actually experiences real pain this will be terribly inadequate. There are terrible conditions existing on many millions of people in the US. Many of these conditions are compliments of the Fascist government. Mr. or Mrs. Murthy, I did not care enough to determine its sex as it is simply doing as it is told. These orders did not come from Barack Obama as he also does as he is told. All "elected" officials in the US follow orders, to do otherwise would result in being "Kennedyized" A bullet through the head. When they are placed in office it is with the express understanding they are simply there to do the bidding of the people who actually run the US. This being the Extremely Wealthy, not the Rich, but the extreme upper class of Thieves.
The beginning of this country was based in murder and chaos. It has continued down this path and never looked back. The corrupt US government orchestrated the indiscriminate genocide of the native people living in the continent of North America. Men, women, and children no quarter was given all simply to steal the land and resources. In fact the first and only occurrence of biological warfare was delivered on the American Indians by way of the Smallpox disease. They discovered very quickly the native population had no natural immunity to this disease. Entire tribes were annihilated wiping out entire bloodlines. Then after the so called 911 "attacks" the same government released minute quantities of Anthrax to various individuals, this being manufactured at CDC labs in Ames, Iowa if memory serves correct. So you can see this government has no qualms about murdering its own people. The carnage continues today they have successfully convinced the population the US is in constant danger of being invaded at any moment. The US has invaded sovereign countries repeatedly, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan just to mention a few. These countries posed absolutely no threat, in fact the idea one of these countries would attack the US is laughable. Obviously the Mid East was about obtaining the oil, Afghanistan was about the Poppy trade. During their stint there tons and tons of pure heroin were flown out, in fact many troops were assigned to guard the poppy fields. The US stands now to control the drug development of the world. In recent weeks the present administration has sent more troops back to "defend" something, just what was not openly discussed.
Now this begs to make the halfway intelligent person to wonder with the curtailment of pain medication derived to the public what will become of the current stash of heroin sitting in the US. There has been an large increase in overdose deaths directly attributable to the street drugs being to pure. The average user in the US is not accustomed to using high grade heroin and as a result die. The trash government uses this manufactured facts, saying it is due to the legal users of morphine. This is simply just more government propaganda as put out by the bought and paid for US news media. The latest propaganda being issued is it is the work of the Russian Mafia. This is a common ploy of the government, blame Mother Russia. I call it Mother Russia as I would put forth the idea the white race originated from there. As someone who was nine years old in 1958 I received this propaganda first hand. The schools in the heartland were constantly being exposed to this tirade, Russia is evil they want to kill all of you. The teachers would require us to crawl under our small school desks and stay there until the air raid warning was over. As if these desks afforded a huge degree of protection from an atomic blast. It was simply to keep us frightened and teaching us to hate Russia. Somewhere along the way they depended completely on the corrupt news media to continue this propaganda and the drills were stopped. The same deception was used to recruit young men to send to be cannon fodder in Vietnam. The mantra was, "where do you want to fight them, over here or over there'" We were told the Vietnamese would invade and rape our mothers, sisters, and girlfriends unless they were defeated. Never mind they did not possess any ships capable of making the journey to the US. Midwest farm boys were their favorite ones to recruit.
Production of pain meds in the US is scheduled to be further curtailed in 2017 as the production of opioids is set to be cut by 25% further making it increasingly more difficult to obtain pain relief. It is of no consequence to the government as it has been stated they are not interested in allowing citizens access to adequate pain management. I would surmise they are attempting to create a brand new class of people being forced to go to the street to obtain their pain relief. There will also be a huge increase in suicides as people will not be able to live in this manner of constant mind killing pain. Most of you are familiar with the AIDS epidemic it is hardly mentioned in the US anymore even though it is rampant. In the US if you do not report on a situation it will simply go away. Just for the record the first reported cases of AIDS were found in the US prison systems. This has been systematically eliminated from the reported news media. They switched it around to, it was a monkey from somewhere and it started this disease. In past times human testing of new drugs or biological agents in the prisons was common. These were on primarily the long term inmates, but they in turn had sex with inmates who were short term and were subsequently released and the rest is history. The little matter of Lyme disease is directly traced back to the CDC, specifically to Plum Island in New York. The first case of Lyme was reported in the tiny town of Lyme Connecticut which is just across the water from Plum Island, New York USA. It is now in every continent except for the Antarctic. The CDC has admitted they had experimented with this disease at their labs there. After the Second World War the US divided up the German scientists and apparently took some of the best ones, who were incidentally working on the disease now known as Lyme. There is no known cure to this disease once contracted, if the person actually has Lyme. The only recognized test, recognized by the CDC is the Western Blot. Flawed People in a Completely Flawed State-More Missouri Actual Accounts of Utter Contempt For The Law

The following article will put forth the events as they happened. This started as a simple lease of a property to two individuals. This appeared to be another routine event which happens every day somewhere in the US. The Lease was signed on June 7, 2014 and expired one year later. Nothing uneventful happened for ten months except the usual being late on rent which is very typical for renters in Missouri. Then the tenants one Heather Elizabeth Dang and her "girlfriend", Brittany K. Dyer this is how they introduced themselves to the landlord decided to break lease two months earlier. In typical renter fashion they simply decided to sneak out and not tell landlord and left no forwarding address. As already stated this behavior is very normal in Missouri renters, they change landlord's and properties just like they change jobs, without notice. Now this is where the problem began. When the landlord discovered their leaving it was also discovered they had left two cats in the property. They left the animals for one week and then sneaked back, or at least someone did and removed them. The landlord had kept them in food and water and was getting ready to remove them but was saved the trouble. The real problem was in the abandoned car they left in the driveway. The car was unable to be driven as they had removed the ignition from the steering column. It was left with all four doors unlocked and the trunk also unlocked. There was gas in the tank. This was in an area of younger children, many not very well supervised or looked after and there were sometimes squatters in the area. This was an extreme liability for the neighborhood and for the owner of the rental property.
At this time a decision was made to contact the local police department to have the car checked to se if it in fact was a stolen vehicle. The city police of Springfield Missouri proceeded to check the car for possible being a stolen vehicle, it was not reported stolen and as such was tagged with an orange sticker notifying the person in control of the vehicle they had ninety six hours to remove the car. This is the normal procedure in these matters and owner of property was instructed it was his responsibility to have the car towed by a towing company. The owner at this juncture was required morally and for insurance purposes to have the vehicle removed. The owner of the property had been instructed by his insurance company State Farm Insurance he could be held responsible if any damages were sustained by leaving the vehicle there, since he was on file as calling in the vehicle and had done nothing to remedy the situation. The property owner waited an extra forty eight hours and called a towing service to remove the car. This had all been normal procedure until this time and the car was subsequently removed to a secure place.
The car was towed at approximately 3:00 p.m. on 04/23/2015, by a company called Affordable Towing. At approximately 7:26 p.m. the owner of the abandoned car Heather Dang and her "girlfriend" filed a sworn police report of a stolen car. They named the owner of the property, their landlord as the thief, and demanded he be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This was police report SPD150423014930, there was another follow up report filed by Greene County Sheriff GSC150423002385. There was no attempt made by either law enforcement division to arrest the "car thief" the terrible old landlord. This was just an attempt by two tenants to attempt to scare off the landlord from filing suit against them. However in the corrupt state of Missouri there is protocol for removing such an abandoned vehicle. It would appear the landlord should have left the car sitting there for thirty (30) days prior to removing. This would have left a potentially dangerous car unattended for anyone to tamper with. This is your usual "catch 22" another common flaw in an already deeply flawed state. The landlord did the responsible thing and had the car secured behind a locked compound. The city should have intervened, and removed the vehicle but will not come onto private property to remove. This is your typical insanity of American laws.
The landlord then proceeded on with a damages suit and recovery of the rental unit. The original petition was filed on July 02, 2015 at 01:53 p.m., this was filed by attorney Douglas A. Carter of Springfield Missouri. The attorney's place of business is listed as 2847 S. Ingram Mill Road, Suite A-100 Springfield Missouri 65804. This was case number 1531-AC03857, this petition was filed under the wrong name for the plaintiff and as such would have rendered any judgment null and void. The plaintiff notified the attorney of the mistake and the attorney was quoted as saying "I have not seen the petition, but if this is true it is no big deal". The attorney had in fact signed his name to the original petition. As to whether he in fact had actually reviewed the document before filing with the court is debatable. In Missouri they can file on line so anyone could in fact file a petition if you could access the attorneys account with the court. The first appearance the plaintiff's attorney Carter was in the court room, the attorney for the defendants was not present. She asked the plaintiff's attorney to stand in for her as she was just to busy running around town to show up. This seemed odd but the attorney Carter did just that and asked for a continuance, which is very common on the first appearance. In addition to filing under the wrong name for the plaintiff he failed to ask for possession of the property to be returned to the plaintiff.
The attorney for the defendants was one Nancy J. Fisher, business address of 943 North Boonville Avenue, Springfield Missouri 65802. Phone number (417) 612-0521. After doing a small amount of checking on this attorney it was observed she did not actually like or practice actually taking a case to trial. Her technique was to continue and continue hoping the other party would get tired of the attorney games and drop the case. This is another common tactic employed by many attorneys, indeed even the prosecutors who also never go to trial, everything is settled out of court by using scare tactics. The defendants attorney, Fisher also used the old " my clients are going to offer an out of court settlement" this was also just a common falsehood many attorneys utilize. On the next court date the plaintiff was there again, the plaintiff's attorney Carter and defendant's attorney Fisher were all in attendance. Once again Fisher asked for a continuance, the plaintiff pinned down his attorney Carter and asked why the name had not been corrected on the petition and expressed dismay at another continuance. Carter realizing he could not milk the case any longer said he was going to vacate the case right then. He expressed this to the judge and was allowed to leave. The plaintiff did not object as he was not getting adequate representation. This was on 9-23-2015. The case was once again given a new date. The attorney Douglas A. Carter was so forward he actually sent a bill for his totally inadequate service. This continued on, no possession of the property back to the owner and no court date. This is how the court games are played in the corrupt state of Missouri.
The credibility and integrity of the defendants attorney Ms. Nancy Jeanette Fisher seems to be debatable at this time. It seems she had two default judgments placed against her in the year 2015. Both default judgments appear to be bank type loans of which she appears to have stopped making payments on. The first one is case #1531-AC00577, this one is for a total of $13,116.43 plus costs and the second one is for case #1531-AC04626 in the amount of $1,605.35 plus costs. These are both in the 31st Judicial in Greene County Missouri. These are documented by casenet.com Missouri The attorneys home address is listed as 2144 N. Howard Springfield Missouri 65803. It would appear by the court postings she was difficult to be served the court papers. Now this attorney was at the time of judgments representing clients as the case involving the two female tenants was ongoing. Apparently she was not getting paid or she just decided to not pay back the money she owed to the banking establishments. Whatever this says about her character is in the minds of the readers who are able to read between the lines.
After the withdrawal by attorney Carter the plaintiffs were able to acquire competent representation by a large established law firm and proceed onward. The case was finally settled on 1-7-2016 after being filed on 7-2-2015, cases like these are normally finished in the first court date if not the second. It took all this time to acquire legal possession of the property. There was a money judgment of $1600.00 agreed to by the defendants and promise to pay was set for every thirty days . Most people who deal in these issues realize promises made by people who have done everything possible to avoid a trial will not pay what they owe without being forced to by more involvement with the courts. This case is no different, to date the defendants have made no effort to pay their debt. They would appear to be just more of the types of people who live in the US and try to get over on anyone they can. As the fight promoter Don King used to say "Only In America."
Follow up information on these two individuals: This information gleaned from police, court and personnel records. There is not much showing on the Brittany K. Dyer, DOB 8/08-90, #4976, DL #R205229011. The partner in this tryst one Heather Elizabeth Dang aka Heather Elizabeth Debert. DOB 12/20/88 #7749 DL T056222014. It would appear she is continuing her ways of attempting to circumvent the law, on 1/24/2016 Debert received a ticket for Failure to Register Motor Vehicle which she pled guilty to. This being case #701885870. In her past she must have been having an identity crisis, at some point she married one Huy Quoc Dang, this must have been her attempt to be a straight female. Apparently she could not figure out at her adult age which sex she preferred. There is also the possibility she simply married this person to enable him to secure citizenship, for a reasonable fee I would assume. This is also very common in the corrupt country of the US. At any rate she filed for divorce on 11/03/2014 and was officially divorced on 12/05/2014 according to court records and her name was changed back to Debert. This according to casenet in Missouri #1431-DR01860. Debert claims to possess a Bachelors of Arts, in Psychology in 2015 and an Associates of Science, in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri- St Louis Missouri in 2011. This would be odd having these degrees and the only job she could acquire was a babysitting job for the City of Springfield MO. and another job working at a day care center, Where Families Grow, LLC 2872 South Meadowbrook Avenue Springfield Missouri 65807. It would appear these organizations do not do a very in depth background check of their people. I would venture a guess this is because they pay so very little salary to their employees.
It would seem the attorney who represented these females has yet another suit filed against her for apparent failure to pay her bills. This being Ms. Nancy Fisher, this case on casenet. is #1631-AC01589, I would imagine when the judgments get large enough she will claim bankruptcy and walk away clean. This would be the third one thus far. Anyone can be an attorney in the corrupt state of Missouri. On the follow up on May the fifth 2016 this attorney received a default judgment on this case in the amount of $1651.21 plus costs. Her escapades will continue to be followed and reported.

It would appear the landlord should have left the car sitting there for thirty (30) days prior to removing. This would have left a potentially dangerous car unattended for anyone to tamper with. This is your usual "catch 22" another common flaw in an already deeply flawed state. The landlord did the responsible thing and had the car secured behind a locked compound. The city should have intervened, and removed the vehicle but will not come onto private property to remove. This is your typical insanity of American laws.
The landlord then proceeded on with a damages suit and recovery of the rental unit. The original petition was filed on July 02, 2015 at 01:53 p.m., this was filed by attorney Douglas A. Carter of Springfield Missouri. The attorney's place of business is listed as 2847 S. Ingram Mill Road, Suite A-100 Springfield Missouri 65804. This was case number 1531-AC03857, this petition was filed under the wrong name for the plaintiff and as such would have rendered any judgment null and void. The plaintiff notified the attorney of the mistake and the attorney was quoted as saying "I have not seen the petition, but if this is true it is no big deal". The attorney had in fact signed his name to the original petition. As to whether he in fact had actually reviewed the document before filing with the court is debatable. In Missouri they can file on line so anyone could in fact file a petition if you could access the attorneys account with the court. The first appearance the plaintiff's attorney Carter was in the court room, the attorney for the defendants was not present. She asked the plaintiff's attorney to stand in for her as she was just to busy running around town to show up. This seemed odd but the attorney Carter did just that and asked for a continuance, which is very common on the first appearance. In addition to filing under the wrong name for the plaintiff he failed to ask for possession of the property to be returned to the plaintiff.
The attorney for the defendants was one Nancy J. Fisher, business address of 943 North Boonville Avenue, Springfield Missouri 65802. Phone number (417) 612-0521. After doing a small amount of checking on this attorney it was observed she did not actually like or practice actually taking a case to trial. Her technique was to continue and continue hoping the other party would get tired of the attorney games and drop the case. This is another common tactic employed by many attorneys, indeed even the prosecutors who also never go to trial, everything is settled out of court by using scare tactics. The defendants attorney, Fisher also used the old " my clients are going to offer an out of court settlement" this was also just a common falsehood many attorneys utilize. On the next court date the plaintiff was there again, the plaintiff's attorney Carter and defendant's attorney Fisher were all in attendance. Once again Fisher asked for a continuance, the plaintiff pinned down his attorney Carter and asked why the name had not been corrected on the petition and expressed dismay at another continuance. Carter realizing he could not milk the case any longer said he was going to vacate the case right then. He expressed this to the judge and was allowed to leave. The plaintiff did not object as he was not getting adequate representation. This was on 9-23-2015. The case was once again given a new date. The attorney Douglas A. Carter was so forward he actually sent a bill for his totally inadequate service. This continued on, no possession of the property back to the owner and no court date. This is how the court games are played in the corrupt state of Missouri.
The credibility and integrity of the defendants attorney Ms. Nancy Jeanette Fisher seems to be debatable at this time. It seems she had two default judgments placed against her in the year 2015. Both default judgments appear to be bank type loans of which she appears to have stopped making payments on. The first one is case #1531-AC00577, this one is for a total of $13,116.43 plus costs and the second one is for case #1531-AC04626 in the amount of $1,605.35 plus costs. These are both in the 31st Judicial in Greene County Missouri. These are documented by casenet.com Missouri The attorneys home address is listed as 2144 N. Howard Springfield Missouri 65803. It would appear by the court postings she was difficult to be served the court papers. Now this attorney was at the time of judgments representing clients as the case involving the two female tenants was ongoing. Apparently she was not getting paid or she just decided to not pay back the money she owed to the banking establishments. Whatever this says about her character is in the minds of the readers who are able to read between the lines.
After the withdrawal by attorney Carter the plaintiffs were able to acquire competent representation by a large established law firm and proceed onward. The case was finally settled on 1-7-2016 after being filed on 7-2-2015, cases like these are normally finished in the first court date if not the second. It took all this time to acquire legal possession of the property. There was a money judgment of $1600.00 agreed to by the defendants and promise to pay was set for every thirty days . Most people who deal in these issues realize promises made by people who have done everything possible to avoid a trial will not pay what they owe without being forced to by more involvement with the courts. This case is no different, to date the defendants have made no effort to pay their debt. They would appear to be just more of the types of people who live in the US and try to get over on anyone they can. As the fight promoter Don King used to say "Only In America."
Follow up information on these two individuals: This information gleaned from police, court and personnel records. There is not much showing on the Brittany K. Dyer, DOB 8/08-90, #4976, DL #R205229011. The partner in this tryst one Heather Elizabeth Dang aka Heather Elizabeth Debert. DOB 12/20/88 #7749 DL T056222014. It would appear she is continuing her ways of attempting to circumvent the law, on 1/24/2016 Debert received a ticket for Failure to Register Motor Vehicle which she pled guilty to. This being case #701885870. In her past she must have been having an identity crisis, at some point she married one Huy Quoc Dang, this must have been her attempt to be a straight female. Apparently she could not figure out at her adult age which sex she preferred. There is also the possibility she simply married this person to enable him to secure citizenship, for a reasonable fee I would assume. This is also very common in the corrupt country of the US. At any rate she filed for divorce on 11/03/2014 and was officially divorced on 12/05/2014 according to court records and her name was changed back to Debert. This according to casenet in Missouri #1431-DR01860. Debert claims to possess a Bachelors of Arts, in Psychology in 2015 and an Associates of Science, in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri- St Louis Missouri in 2011. This would be odd having these degrees and the only job she could acquire was a babysitting job for the City of Springfield MO. and another job working at a day care center, Where Families Grow, LLC 2872 South Meadowbrook Avenue Springfield Missouri 65807. It would appear these organizations do not do a very in depth background check of their people. I would venture a guess this is because they pay so very little salary to their employees.
It would seem the attorney who represented these females has yet another suit filed against her for apparent failure to pay her bills. This being Ms. Nancy Fisher, this case on casenet. is #1631-AC01589, I would imagine when the judgments get large enough she will claim bankruptcy and walk away clean. This would be the third one thus far. Anyone can be an attorney in the corrupt state of Missouri. On the follow up on May the fifth 2016 this attorney received a default judgment on this case in the amount of $1651.21 plus costs. Her escapades will continue to be followed and reported.

In the month of January 2016 this account of a so called "Used Car Salesman" was reported. There is an individual, a adult male residing in or around the Branson Missouri-Taney County area was and is posting items for sale on the popular free listing service site, Craig's List. This person lists items as new when they are actually old used items. His usual prey is the older or mentally challenged person. His most recent con was selling an extremely used water heater, listed as new, never installed to an elderly man. The man was typical of many senior citizens in trusting his fellow man. The seller met the elderly man at a church parking lot, away from his residence so to be able to evade any backlash when his con was discovered. All the senior citizen had was a brief description of the man and his cell phone number. The man was about forty years of age and slender of build. He talked a lot which is normal in the con to keep the mark from paying as much attention to the deal as possible. His cell phone number is 417-332-5047. He drives a green Ford Escape vehicle. Anyone doing business with this person should use extreme caution. Actually one should not do any business with him at all.

Companies In the USA to Be Wary Of Third Edition
There were several trash companies who were handed the job of collecting the mortgages of the many failed banks and various mortgage lending entities. Of the many here are two of which personal discourse has occurred with the writer. They are SETERUS PO Box 2008 Grand Rapids MI. 49501-2008 and OCWEN PO Box 24646 West Palm Beach, FL 33416-4646. The phone numbers of SETERUS 866-570-5277 OCWEN phone number 800-746-2936. You can do a search on both of these companies and see the many complaints. These loans were taken from very good companies First Tennessee Bank, GMAC, and many others of similar substance. This occurred under the Obama administration, but in all fairness it would have happened whoever was the "so called" elected President. All Presidents in the corrupt USA do as they are told. So this writer is not blaming this President exclusively, as he is merely being the token puppet like a good fellow. To attempt to do otherwise would result in the person being "KENNEDYIZED" in other words a bullet through the head. This has always been a highly efficient tool in keeping elected officials in line. This actually happened in Missouri this past year, the sitting State Auditor one Tom Schweich was found with a bullet to his head just hours before he was to give an interview with some news people. He had been an outspoken person concerning corruption in Missouri, actually making the statement, all of the elected officials in Jefferson City are corrupt. His death was investigated by the equally corrupt Missouri State Highway Patrol and you guessed it, it was most surely a "Suicide." Back to the main topic, Ocwen in their early stages of power tried the usual antics, attempting to say payments were late and improper posting of the amounts. A letter from an attorney and they quickly came about. The trash Seterus still persists in their devious ways of stealing. They too tried the late payment posting even though the payments were made three weeks early, they also miss posted payments to attempt to get late charges. There had always been double payments made before the takeover of the good companies, Seterus did not understand how to handle the extra amounts, eventually the double payment had to be stopped. They then every year would try to say the insurance had not been paid and attempt to add on their own company insurance. Seterus had been relatively quiet for the past few months but now have decided to attempt to generate more cash flow. They are back to their original trick of saying no payment was received and now you owe double payments. This time in their incompetent attempt they had already sent out the proper bill from last month and so have once again proven their obvious attempts to steal legally.
Now where should this take place, why in no other state than the fifth ranked most corrupt state in the United Fascist States Of Dumerica, good old Red Neck Missouri, still trying to take first place from Kentucky, which borders Missouri. What a honor to be considered Most Corrupt! The usual complaint was made to the state attorney general, "Little" Christine Chris Koster. This will be the usual futile letter from which there will be no response forthcoming as the writer has been placed on a list of people who actually have real issues and therefore should be ignored. After all, most attorney generals are simply interested in using the office as a legitimate means to be placed in office of governor. Missouri has been on the radar of some wealthy one per centers, notably the Oracle, none other than Warren Buffet. Old Warren has been busy buying up car dealerships and at least one real estate company in Springfield, the old defunct Carol Jones Real Estate Company. Now there was your classic example of snake oil salesmanship. Naturally it would appeal to Mr. Buffet. There will be more on this real estate company later on. This company was involved in some dealing with the then attorney general, one William Webster and one John Youngblood. Mr. Webster went to jail and Jones and Youngblood slipped away into the night.
Seterus and Ocwen are both simple bill collectors with no knowledge of real estate law, their bills actually say we are a collection agency. Imagine having your mortgages given to a low life collection agency! This is the corrupt USA where anything goes. Most of these mortgages are owned by the entities commonly known as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Most Americans had been taught over the years that these two companies were parts of the government, all lies fed to the public. They are in fact private agencies, they were supposed to be taken over by the US government but this did not happen. Then at the end of the trail 90% of these loans are actually owned by Chase Manhattan, imagine that. Seterus and Ocwen collectively have helped steal the properties from countless individuals, many are poor people and simply have given up and let them steal. They were just beaten down and could not afford an attorney. Such is the plight of poor people. When the payoffs get down to less than three years these Bastards double up on their efforts to steal the houses. This writer has informed both of these companies that he possess a current and valid Federal Firearms License, do you remember the old western, Have Gun, Will Travel?

There are many businesses in the US that sell insurance, of the many these are some of which the writer has had personal experience. This writer only writes of things of which he has personal experience. The company, Allied Insurance, an affiliate of the giant Nationwide Insurance Company recently refused to continue the insurance on a property. The reason stated was there was some peeling paint on some cedar trim around one window. Apparently their "Bean Counters" did not realize some people pay extra for cedar trim. This is their right to cancel for any reason as there are no rules or regulations concerning these companies. They however decided to bill for an unknown fee of $15.00 for some imaginary reason. This is not a great deal of money, most people would have simply sent them the check or a credit card payment. However there is a small thing called principle involved here. This particular insurance was totally paid for a year ago in full so there could be no cause for the new billing since the company chose to not reissue the policy. They sent a threating letter with the bill warning the person of impending calls from a collection agency and a possible immense drop in the persons credit rating. The same company refuses to insure houses which have asbestos siding on them. This is an extremely large part of the older homes in the US. This is also their right. There was a follow up on the $15.00 charge. This being on January 12, 2016 from a Jason Miller, Senior Analyst from Nationwide. He states the $15.00 charge was a late fee which was billed in advance for being late before the policy was set to renew. Think about this, late fee billed before the bill was due, amazing, I never heard that one before. I did not realize you could be late before a bill is due. He said since they cancelled the policy there would be no late payment due, how gracious of him. I can assure you if the policy had been cancelled by the client , say a few months early there would have been no refund for the unused time. Any other insurance company would return any unused moneys. This is Nationwide however, on its way to being the most corrupt insurance company in the US. Potential buyers of their services use extreme caution in your business deals.
In their ads they always say, Nationwide is on your side. Nothing could be farther from reality. Nationwide is on the side of Nationwide as is all insurance companies. The company American Family also will not insure homes with peeling paint on the trim, but American Family goes one better. If your house cannot be seen from the road they cannot insure it. The theory being your neighbor cannot see if your place catches on fire. Apparently it is the job of your neighbor to sit and watch your home for sign of fire. Since they are usually referring to trees blocking the view of your property I would surmise the trees might hide you from the roving eye of the rare tornado. This might be a good thing also thieves might not see your property as well. Who knows what the minds of these companies will come up with next. Then there is the "Like A Good Neighbor, State Farm Is There." Yes they sure are, just do not have to many "Acts Of God" as they will promptly cancel you. It does not matter if you had been with them for twenty five years and no claims. If they have to pay out on you, you will be history. I would surmise the highly educated people at State Farm have decided if you have "Acts Of God" claims then you are not living right. You must not be right with "God." Therefore you must change your ways, maybe in ten years or so if you have lived properly and have not had any claims inspired by divine intervention we might take you back, maybe.
Then there is the famous talking lizard insurance company, good old Geico, another of the side businesses of the Oracle, Mr. Warren Buffet. Apparently the concept of a talking lizard is supposed to instill extreme confidence in people who purchase insurance. It would seem they are appealing to the dumbed down part of American society, which in present times is a huge part of regular citizens.
Then there is good old Flo, heavyset person telling the virtues of Progressive insurance. Apparently she is meant to appeal to the "large" citizens prevalent in the US today. See, it is fine to be eighty pounds overweight and go on the idiot tube and hawk insurance. Some of these paid spokespeople for the insurance industry reminds me of the carnival "Barkers" of the old days, attempting to draw in the suckers. When most of the corrupt American states passed legislation to force its citizens to purchase auto insurance it was supposedly to protect the consumer from people without insurance. It was simply another ploy to take more of their money, there are still many who drive without insurance, occasionally they will get fined for this lapse. Elected officials in the Fascist US have never done any legislation exclusively for the good of the unwashed masses. Any laws passed were to pad their pockets. Back to good old Flo, she promotes the "Name Your Price Tool' another imaginary item and the plug in apparatus, that goes under your dash to show you how much you are saving. Commercials like these really insult me and I would hope the few out there who still have some working grey matter in their mostly empty skulls. The dumbing down of the US continues, this writer just recently was informed that in the schools these days they no longer teach actual writing as in what we used to call longhand, then later it was called cursive. Now the computer writes for them, what complete ignorance! Many people cannot count out change from a cash transaction, many simply cannot use cash when making a purchase. It makes one wonder how these people would exist if there were a massive failure of the electrical grid with so much dependency on computerized gadgets.
